Excellent Customer service but not a big fan of the cost +10%, My own Opinion ,I feel as if I am paying double taxes. I do love the wonderful customer service
So I went there tonight with a list of things I needed. I had no problems finding everything on my list. I get to the checkout, and in front of me is a child crying and throwing a fit uncontrollably, no matter what the mother tried. The employees all tried to help with the situation, which I found very gracious and admirable. They could have just ignored it and went on, but I felt they all did an excellent job to try to help. No one complained about it even after the mother and child left. Very refreshing to see!
The staff are EXCEPTIONALLY friendly, helpful and personable. Very neat and has everything for family meals no matter the occasion. Nothing like your worldwide food giant.
Shopping here for Thanksgiving and it was a pleasant experience! All registers were open and they had a person bagging groceries, didn't have to wait in line and I was checked out in 3 minutes. Staff is friendly and they had everything I needed. a cost plus 10 store and seemed to be great prices. Much better option for groceries or just a quick trip,
I don't live nearby the Pig, but I will sometimes go out of my way to stop there because I really like the "small town" feeling that they give you. Plus I love the fact that a hardware store is on the other side, my weakness! Highly recommended.
